Service Description

Face Reality® is an award-winning acne treatment program proven to give clear, healthy skin. Their unique combination of professional-grade products and guidance from one of our Face Reality® Certified Acne Experts takes the guesswork and frustration out of acne treatment. The Results: With over a 90% success rate, Face Reality Skincare® program delivers clearer skin in 3-4 months! The Process: The first 30 minutes of this appointment is an in-depth consultation with an acne expert. We will discuss everything from what acne is, your specific case, lifestyle factors that could be causing breakouts, and your recommended customized Face Reality Skincare® regimen. Following the consultation will be a customized hour long facial plus LED light therapy. You will be sent consultation documents by a certified Face Reality® esthetician from The Grove Spa within 2 days of booking your appointment. Please make sure your email is accurate at the time of booking. Additional Pricing Information: Face Realty Skincare® products can only be purchased if you commit to the 12 week program which consists of 6 bi-weekly 1 hour follow-up treatments. The cost for this program is $600 and will be charged at the time of your visit. This does not include today's $175 consultation and facial, or the cost of skincare products.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Prior to 24 hours, you are allowed to reschedule or cancel one time without losing your deposit. Any additional reschedules will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be charged to rebook. If you do not reschedule or cancel before the 24 hour cut-off, you forfeit your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book. No shows will be billed the entire amount of the service, as we cannot book another client at that time. By making an appointment through this site, you acknowledge that you have read and understand all the terms and conditions outlined above and on our website, and that you agree to all applicable fees associated with cancellations, no-shows, and deposits.
