CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Reschedule/Timely Cancellation: You are allowed to reschedule or cancel your appointment with no penalty, as long as it is done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time of your appointment.

  • Late Cancellation or No-Show: If you fail to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, your card on file will be charged $50, as we cannot book another client at that time. If the card used to book your appointment cannot be processed due to insufficient funds or has expired, you will be required to settle the outstanding balance before booking with us again.

 

By making an appointment through this site, you acknowledge that you have read and understand all the terms and conditions outlined above and on our website, and that you agree to all applicable fees associated with cancellations, no-shows, and reschedules.
