The process: Unlike traditional at-home EMS (electric muscle stimulation)/micro-current devices that operate on an average of 230 Hertz, this professional grade device utilizes 3 different frequencies, and has pulses that are randomized from 1360-2240 Hertz. The muscles can never adapt to the frequency and will continue to work. Contraindications: (If any of these apply to you, please do not book this treatment) ▪ Pregnant or may be pregnant (due to use of EMS) ▪ Botox in the last 2 weeks ▪ Facial Fillers in the last 4 weeks ▪ Barbed facial threads in the last 6 weeks ▪ Laser Treatment or Peel in the last 2 weeks ▪ Facial surgery in the last 6 months ▪ Discontinue use of skin resurfacing products, Retinols, AHAs, BHAs and Dermabrasion 48 Hours before treatment ▪ Skin conditions in the area being treated (active acne, eczema, psoriasis, cold sores, broken skin, sunburn, rosacea or skin cancer) or long-term steroid use that has affected the skin ▪ Metal plates or pins in the face or neck / Epilepsy / prone to bone fracture or severe osteoporosis / heart conditions (due to use of EMS) ▪ Diabetes with loss of skin sensation

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Prior to 24 hours, you are allowed to reschedule or cancel one time without losing your deposit. Any additional reschedules will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be charged to rebook. If you do not reschedule or cancel before the 24 hour cut-off, you forfeit your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book. No shows will be billed the entire amount of the service, as we cannot book another client at that time.
